PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All products we sell are custom made for you, regardless if it is an individual ordered item, or a bulk ordered item for spirit wear, therefore no Refunds or returns are offered. Please read all sizing charts as they are provided from the manufacturer’s directly. We will of course exchange a damaged product as long as the original is returned and proof of damage occurred prior to arrival.

For items that you are suppling for decoration to be added, we will NOT be held responsible if damage is done to the garmet during the addition of any design (embroidery, dtg, dtf or heat transfer vinyl) These are done at your own risk.

All mailed items are insured thru the USPS, therefore, if your mailed product comes to you damaged we require the following:

1) a receipt or proof of purchase 

2) photo of packaging

3) photo of the damaged product. 

This way we can file a claim with the USPS.
