This is to order your custom transfers. Change the quantity to how many sheets you would like to purchase. Example: if you have 2 designs that are 7″x10″ you can fit 2 on your sheet. So if you need 10 designs total, you would order 5 sheets, if you are unsure of how many will fit on the gang sheet before ordering, feel free to email me for the .psd file so you can layout your sheet prior to ordering. Just email us at lisa.scrappydappydoo@gmail.com, and DTF .PSD file in the subject, and we will send out the file as quickly as possible.
You will need photoshop or a program that can read a .psd file. Once purchased you will download the file. This will give you the layout area for creating your gang sheet. Overall page is 16″x20″ the red box in the file is the printable area, which is 14″ x 18″. You can put as many high resolution files in this area that you need. Once you are happy with the layout, make sure you leave room to cut your images for applying. You will email us (email provided in the .psd file) either the .psd file or create a .png file.
Instructions to apply transfer to your cotton or cotton blend shirt/sweatshirt
pre-press shirt for 5 seconds at 319-degrees F, place your image so color side is visible, cover with parchment paper and press medium pressure for 15 seconds at 319-degrees F, cool peel, sit for a min. of 3 seconds, then seal with the parchment paper (included with your order) on top for 20 seconds at 319-degrees F.
(these are the settings we use on our stahl’s hotronix, please test on your machine for best results)
